What a grey day its turned out to be today!

Wasnt too bad earlier, we walked into town, quite warm, although heavy and a little humid.

After calling in at our usual leisurely pit stop we headed back home. The felt cooler and as we literally reached our front door, it started to rain!

I set about cooking a ham joint as we were expecting our daughter for dinner, but she has since postponed, she is full of a cold. The ham looks and tastes rather good, you have to try a bit once it comes out of the oven dont you ;-)

The rain didnt come to much, so I decided to plant up the remaining two hanging baskets.
Just finished planting the first one and the rain came down much heavier and hasnt stopped since, so that was that.....tomorrow looks dry so hopefully get to finish them then!

Hubs just said he's peckish, that's my cue to get the potatoes on ;-)

Can't beleive it will be the last day of May tomorrow!!
