This lovely little spot often calls to me first thing on a sunny morning. The light and warmth are just lovely as I sip my coffee and read a bit before starting my day. Feel like I’m starting to recharge again just in time to do the final packing up of my office and kitchen. Everything else is pretty much packed.

We had a great family dinner yesterday and my son asked everyone to share their favourite memory in this house. It was good to hear what everyone remembered as their highlight. Still very hard for our two daughters to let us go.

Exciting news though! All our kids and grandkids will be traveling up on Saturday the weekend of our move and spending the night! This just made me so happy as I can’t wait for them all to see the place. Sunday will be a special day for us to be together as it’s my loves birthday and also Father’s Day. Am excited that it’ll be the first memorable event in our new home.
