A walk in the countryside is my yoga. You can’t beat the wind in your hair, tranquility, wildlife and gentle exercise!

A Saturday evening stroll with my aviation pal H was the perfect catch up. We walked for a couple of miles and found a log to rest our feet for a while.

The wind was chilly and so we headed back to the village after an hour just as the sun was setting. A much more civilised way of catching up than a noisy pub.
