Rural rides

It was only thoughts of this that kept me going in the heat of my cycle ride.
Thank you to the ladies of Abbott Lodge Farm (the Jersey cows who supply the milk are the blurry blobs in the field).
Extras of the new pier at Brougham Bridge (repaired from the floods), the view to the Pennines and the bit where I was sure I could hear buttercups on the wind singing 'na-nana-naa-nah ... you can't get us under here ...'
