Black-Headed Gull with Fife and Clouds

I spent most of the day in Portobello, Edinburgh, waiting for my car to be remade (into something roadworthy)

I walked around taking hundreds of photos but at lunchtime I treated myself to a bag of chips, which attracted a lot of attention from this fellow and his mates.

The distant coastline is Fife on the opposite side of the Firth of Forth.

Portobello has some lovely architecture, but this one hit me in the face when I was looking through my shots tonight.
