Problems on the Pond

We take our Monday-Wednesday-Friday walks at a place called Byram Lake Park. As lakes go, it is a small lake at about 125 acres.

You would think that 125 acres would be large enough to support two families of swans...but...nooooo...it must not be.

I was shooting family #1, when dad swan from family #2 swan-paddled from the middle of the lake to harass them. I didn't think it was going to end well when he isolated the parents from the cygnets, but he didn't attack the babies.
