Blipless day

Didn't get up early enough to go for my walk before zumba. Straight into exercise before coffee!
Our zumba teacher showed us before and after pictures of her weight loss, I would've been happy with the 'before'. Ridiculously fit!

The rest of the day has been spent with various bits of the family pulling me into a starfish (mentally). One precious moment - went to see mother who had a friend round, having a gin and watching Mrs Browns boys. That's the way to grow old!!!

Have just got myself a pecan danish pastry which will hit my face in a minute.

The photo is a bit of an oil painting in my kitchen which I love. It's kitchen night tonight.....cake preparation with brandy.
