Fly tipping

Road resurfacing and fly tipping spoiled my morning ride a little bit.

I thought I was ahead of schedule as I loaded the dog crate into the car. Turns out I was. A whole day.

Hydrotherapy session is, in fact, tomorrow.

Had to fast again after a massive, nut failure yesterday. Oh well, it doesn’t happen often.
