Going through the motions

I gifted a book of build your own cardboard robots to a friends child a while back.

Today I was gifted one back.

Went to the cinema (snatched/not great) post work and didn't eat dinner until 8:30 so a 24 hour fast for me.  Still amazed that this way of eating has become quite normal and not at all difficult.
