Water abstract

A better day today despite some really challenging behaviour from Ma.

I've just been out for a walk with the dog in the sporadic sunshine. It's quite chilly out there but that just makes it invigorating! I've joined a group on Facebook doing The Artist's Way so I'm counting today as my 'Artist's date' as the trip around the graveyard the other day was cut (very) short when Ma was unwell at the day centre and I had to go and collect her.

After all the rain yesterday the brook in the woods was running at a bit of a spate and the light on the water meant I got quite a few nice water abstracts any of which could have been my blip.

Now home again, in my pj's (all part of my 'being nice to myself day') and about to make a chicken korma for my daughter.

If I could just stop Ma from thumping me it would be an almost perfect day :)
