Prison break

In order to psychologically survive at work and be productive, frequent breaks are important. I have colleagues who seem to find taking breaks difficult.

I don’t. Not anymore. I’d just crack up if I did.

Today I had a lot of breaks and was very productive. This one involved sitting in the office yard staring at my reflection. Others included buying cat biscuits and listening to electronic music.

A warm, sometimes hot day. Thunder and lightning and very humid tonight. Cooked stuff when I got home. Hung loose.

Need a proper break now.
