In Norwich. James spotted this from our office window, as you look out towards St Andrews Hall. There must be something special going on down there!

I got to work just after 8 and managed to make progress this morning, then a walk with Carol and Jane, but just a short one as we all had things to do. I walked back via the bank to a much busier afternoon in which I didn't feel like I got any proper work done. I suspect tomorrow will be the same as a couple of people are off.

My head was really aching by 3 so I was determined to get away early, which I did at 4.25. I went to The Links with Jon and Henry and swam 50 lengths while they were in the gym. Sat waiting for them, I did more editing of my book.

Feeling really tired so I think we need an early night tonight.
