Paddlers

Saturday morning was spent in front of the computer finishing my sermon-writing for Sunday, then it was couch-potato time as, first, the Scottish Cup Final then the FA Cup Final were on TV.

After all this sedentary lack-of-activity, it was after 7pm before I went out for a walk. Thankfully, the late nights of mid-May meant I could still manage a couple of hours walking before getting the last bus home.

I headed west along the Forth & Clyde Canal and had a wee surprise when I spotted these two kayakers carrying their kayak over the canal locks at Wyndford Road and restarting their journey by water from the pontoon on the Banknock side of the canal. Blip-tick.
