Tarn Hows before it got busy.  Not the best weather for photos but if you are interested there are more in extras. 

Coffee and cake at the Bluebird Cafe on the shore of Coniston Water was cancelled when there was no nearby free parking. I did offer to pay for the car park but my generosity was declined.

The sun finally appeared about 4pm.
