Today started with a lovely gift of some vinyl from a very special Twitter friend.
So many memories of the records I used to own...and do again. Thank You JR x

We booked the day off work to spend with the girls.

So off we all went to MOSI and spent hours checking out the new exhibitions (including one made of milk teeth) and had a great time. The girls had some money so we exited through the gift shop. They both got a Slinky.

A bit of a rainy walk through Manchester and into the LEGO shop where the girls got some mini figs, a Pudsey the Bear and D got the Sydney Opera House.
Eve declared tonight "A LEGO NIGHT" so once we'd got home and warm, everyone chilled and got creative.

It was really nice, all of us just sitting together, chatting and building away.

The girls are tired out but they've had a brilliant day.

Thinking about my other girl tonight - she bagged a new job this week and it's her induction tomorrow. So so proud of her! She's going to be fabulous. Plus the discount she's going to get on clothes is amazing ;-)

Blip is 'Experiment' (The interactive exhibition at MOSI) a rather snappy fight between a shadow croc and a sort of 'fisty duck thingy' made by D and J culminated in a rather touching shot.
