Dairy Farm Cows

We had lunch with a friend at Barstow's Dairy Store in Hadley, on a terrace overlooking these cows. Afterwards we went on to the Mt. Holyoke College Art Museum to see a wonderful exhibition of quilts from Gees Bend in Alabama (where my father's family had a plantation). I'll have more next week when I return to it. Finally, our friend Lynn came for supper and a photo evening--a tradition which had been interrupted for over a year. It was late enough that I didn't put up this blip that evening, and in fact I'm only posting it late the next afternoon. Better late than never, as they say.
