Hairy Bud

I took Finlay out for a short walk first thing, it was very cold which was a shock after the recent ‘heatwave’.

Another trip to Darlington to see Mrs madwill's mum - took her out for lunch and a bit of a walk around a garden centre, which completely exhausted her.

I spent a while in her garden tidying up some daffodils and tulips and spotted this huge poppy bud..complete with a bonus bug! Extra shows the massive flower of one that has opened

Home late afternoon and after a cup of tea I fell asleep. Had an hour or so napping and then took Finlay out for the second half of his walk.
