Back Blip

Yes, it's the rovellons season again and I'm a big fan! They's delicious, just simply fried with olive oil, garlic and parsley. I remember 21 years ago when I'd just started teaching here and students were describing all the various 'revellons' to me and asking me what they were called in English. All I could come up with, of course, was 'mushroom' and they didn't believe me!
