MonoMonday - new car.

Today, I went up to Peebles to pick up my new car and I am absolutely delighted with it. I went a wee run down to St Boswells in it this afternoon to speak to Tony at the depot to let him know that I won’t be taking him up on his job offer after all. He took it very well and we stood and blethered for over an hour!

In other news, with Christine’s help this evening, I have removed a tick from under Maly’s chin. The last time this happened was in 2008, when I lived in Aviemore in the Highlands. I presume that we have had the right combination of weather for ticks to thrive this year. I will have to keep a close eye on all the cats now.
