Kelpies in Kelso

I took the new camera down to Kelso this afternoon to photograph the Kelpie Maquettes. I've included a closer shot in extras. I know that I will be in Kelso twenty times in the next week, but the weather forecast was indicating that today would have the most sunshine. They could feature in another blip later on.

I'm delighted with the new camera so far, but it's a steep learning curve. The new 55-210 lens came this evening, so I'm looking forward to trying that out tomorrow.
