Washing the car

This chap went to school for the first time today - albeit pre-school, but it certainly feels as if he is growing up.  School polo shirt and jumper ordered and he'll be set to start properly next Monday.  He absolutely loved it and was very, very sad when it was time to leave.  The youngest was also very unhappy when we dropped off (and collected) the eldest, as he didn't get to stay and play.  It's' now dawned on me that I have a year of dropping off the eldest and dragging the poor youngest away from all the toys and fun.  Poor mite.  

We cleaned the car this afternoon, a beloved activity by both.  The youngest sat in the car (heaven for him) and the eldest played with water (also heaven for him).
