Calm

It has been a quiet Sunday.

Some housework, some deskwork, some ice hockey (on TV from Denmark). Good food (a fresh bagel for breakfast, prawn fried rice for lunch and bruschetta in the evening), and mostly good weather - unbroken sunshine from lunchtime onwards after a wet start.

I think I’m well prepared for the start of a new week.

After lunch I made my way over to Dysart for a coffee, half expecting the coffee shop to be too busy - normal on a sunny Sunday afternoon. In fact it was quiet - maybe everyone wanted to be outside. So it was a rare treat to spend 30 peaceful and relaxing minutes there on the weekend.

I got a Blip too. Sun, sea... no sand (or sex) but you can’t have everything.
