Veggies
Well, that's Saturday gone.
It rained a bit. The first time for weeks. Sadly this coincided with the campaign street stall I'd agreed to man. Umbrellas up for most of the 2 hours.
In the evening I had a trip to the Big City to buy birthday dinner for Nagina. As she's vegan, Henderson's was top on the list of possibilities. For her it's great to have a whole vegan menu to choose from instead of just some veggie afterthought stuck on at the bottom.
In fact it was so strange she found it hard to choose.
The food was excellent.
I can remember going to Henderson's in the '70s. A real Edinburgh institution.
French, Italian, Turkish and Japanese food all within 50 yards, I noticed as I waited for her. Time for a Blip too. Hanover Street, looking up to George Street.
