I continued my obsession today; I ended up in another bookshop where I spent over an hour looking through books.
It's a really scary place to be in , I think I have self diagnosed myself, I have ticked a lot of the boxes.
I now have to wait 5 weeks before I can speak to anyone about it .

Aftwer went for a walk and then back home to open the bottle.
