A misty view

Hi All.

I have been feeling increasingly under the weather since last Sunday having contracted some kind of heavy duty  tummy bug (there is alot of it around I am told) and being a Coeliac doesn't help matters as I had been considerably lax about my dietary requirements during the early part of the weekend.  However over the last few days I have been feeling worse and worse and ultimately at 10.30ish this morning I had a real blip as  I suffered a very minor TIA (small stroke) so I have been at the University Hospital of North Staffordshire  all day.    I am told that the TIA may have been caused by my heart going into AF and as I have had this tummy bug for quite a few days my heart medication and Warfarin have not been doing their jobs properly.  Oh well, yet another warning to slow down a bit I suppose so might be off air for a bit.  Can't drive for 4 weeks, so  Mr. T will have to chauffeur me hither and thither and I can always go for walks (with a camera).

Its been a pretty scary day so lucky I caught this  little view on the way to work!
