Cu Bumblies
Loads of huge Cumulus Nimbus - Thunderstorms, powering their way across the peninsula today, especially this afternoon. Consequently there were heaps of disgruntled tourists, cold, wet and underdressed for the conditions. By now many of the southern counties should have received some of the lashing we got earlier.
I wasn't planning on a BBQ, luckily, not that a bit of snow or hail has ever put me off getting the Weber out. Turn around and turn the middle digit skyward then mutter, where's the chicken?
Think of the loudest harshest thunderstorm you have ever experienced, then consider masses of them swirling around in a Hurricane or Typhoon. :-( Definitely a duvet day but today is Mrs Booty's first day as a real person, no more numbers, personnel departments that aren't, no more procedural requirements, or meetings that achieve zilch. Instead it was a 3 hour lunch with friends in a restaurant overlooking Pentire bay.
Many happy days to come. Once I've tamed this damn dog. :-))
