St Mark’s Basilica

We arrived safely at in Venice for our last couple of days.

My Mum is having trouble walking so we are trying to take it fairly easy after a hectic time in Rome. We wandered around near the hotel in the heat of the afternoon, the took the vaporetto around to St Mark’s in the evening, where it was cool and quiet. I haven’t brought my DSLR but I missed it this evening I must say.

I think we might attempt Burano today, it depends on what my Mum thinks she can manage.
