Packing claendars for the Craft Fair
I've spent the past two days trying to get ready for the Craft Fair on Saturday. I have been cutting matboard for mounting prints and this evening I packed up 100 calendars. This is a bit of a gamble as I don't know if they will sell or not and I've invested quite a bit of money in them, so fingers crossed they will sell. This is the first time I've done calendars in Bahrain so don't know how my customers will react. I made calendars when I lived in Florence and always sold out and then made them to order, but that was me printing them and making them up, but this time I didn't have time to do them myself and had to outsource, hence the financial outlay.
Well I need to get back to backing the prints and packaging them and also the fridge magnets. I usually end up staying up all night working before a Craft Fair, but as my husband is away and hence I can't fall asleep at the stall, I guess I will have to have a good night's sleep tomorrow night. Tomorrow's blip will probably be the prints all packed up.....hopefully!
