'Tis the Season

Boo. Happy Halloween! With the doorbell ringing every couple minutes it's hard to get enough time to sit here and write. We took a walk earlier to check out costumes downtown; they close the main street every year for the youngsters in the afternoon, and for the adults at night, and the stores give out candy and treats. This year there seemed to be an inordinate number of costumed dogs. No cats though.
