The final

It rained today again but the afternoon had a silver lining. Perpignan had already won the league but to gain promotion still had to win the play-off tournament competition. This they duly did in the final at Toulouse. After a nervous first half, Perpignan dominated and so we were able to celebrate with copious amounts of tea and cake. Now that Perpignan are back in the top tier, they will also be playing next season in the European cup and I might get to see some British teams playing in the city.
