2018 Saturday — Grammie’s House

We had not a clue that Grammie’s house would sell so quickly. The number of people anxious to see the house has been a tremendous surprise. The house went on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), this past Sunday. Immediately offers started flooding our realtor’s desk. This has been very exciting. Escrow started Friday (yesterday). It sold for 5k more than the realtor had set the price at. That was amazing!
