Fish 'n' chips in Arnside

Cycled to Arnside for a fish and chip lunch overlooking the estuary. At 45km this is the longest ride we have attempted so we cheated slightly and started from Meathop to avoid the hill over Hampsfell back to the house right at the end. A warm, dry and sunny day brought the cyclists out in droves.
