the eider and the bee...

I'm sure I will take a few more photos today however, I don't think I will take another one quite like this! This female eider duck was preening in Seahouses harbour. They are very tame there and can come right up to your feet. I was waiting for this one to do a wing flap when it started to be taunted by a red tailed bumblebee. It ignored it and then started snapping at it. I missed those pics but did manage this one.Very entertaining :)
