Strawberry Festival

The NC Strawberry Festival is the oldest continuous agricultural festival in North Carolina with this weekend being the 86th year. Our son is festival president this year and a dinner with entertainment tonight are part of the festivities. Tomorrow is a luncheon and parade. The grand marshal for the parade is the basketball player in the poster behind our son. The photo is from 1983 when NC State University won the collegiate national championship.
