Kneed to know

Still very much here with attitude intact.

Unlike my ability to walk. Had a bang on the side of my knee at football today. Walking reduced to a painful shuffle accompanied by muttered groans and swears. A preview of life as the 80 year-old NickMog. The prognosis is that the 80 year-old NM will be very grumpy.

A very hot bath and some ibuprofen gel have turned me into a spritely 70 year-old and I'm hoping that a night's sleep might complete the reverse ageing process. I'm supposed to be playing again tomorrow but that isn't looking likely at the moment.
