Flower for Friday

We just missed out on third place at the quiz last night but we did win the end of quiz 3 random questions, another £7 in the kitty :-)
We enjoyed a lovely indian meal and had a fun evening overall...rather late to bed too!

Builders alarm woke us as is usual just now!
We had to go into town as someone had forgotten to get a birthday card that I needed, then on to our GP practice, for a Patients Participation Group meeting.....

Walked home via the pond and was very lucky to spot this little wild flower (I think, no idea what it is, other than very pretty, imho) together with the dappled sunshine, perfect for Bikerbears Flower Friday challenge, job done :-)

Back home now, just had a quick snack, before getting washed and changed as we are off to Manchester for hubs birthday treat. He had tickets to see Miss Saigon, back in March, so to ights the night....not that we havent seen it, only he odd 4/5 times ;-). We are going to Australasia for something to eat beforehand too, so best get a move on!!
