Ramsons in the shady wood

One of my favourites, Ramsons, in the wild garden at West Dean. Has many common names including bear’s garlic, which explains the latin name, Allium Ursinum, so called because brown bears like to eat the bulbs.
Lovely walk there is the sunshine this afternoon.
