Paula & me

My friend Paula was visiting the area again, to collect her daughter who goes to college here. We made time for lunch and then viewed the new glass pavilion at the Ringling Museum. I didn't even know they had filled the new gallery yet, but they had! I took a number of photos of the beautiful art glass pieces and you can see them here. Paula also took a couple of wonderful portraits of me and the guard took a photo of the two of us together! They are all in the same album linked above. 

It was a wonderful afternoon, because of both the art and our friendship! 
Steve is managing his hip pain and looking forward to the surgery next week . . . because the discomfort will go away!  ❤Thank you for your kind wishes for him via my previous blip, all much appreciated.
