April does not disappoint
April eventually gave us some stunning sunny days.April and September are my favourite months and both can give us some wonderful days .
It was a cold, frosty start.I sat outside with Richard once it had warmed up abit.
Later Mike and myself took our lunch down to North Kessock to eat. The gorse is in full bloom filling the banks with the colour yellow and the smell of coconut. The solar powered boat was out on the Firth , just chugging along.
We had to go to the tip to get rid of some branches that Mike had cleared from the top of the garden. It was busy, lots of people with the same idea, making the most of the dry weather.
On to B&Q for more wood and some paint for the arbour roof which I then painted in the afternoon and it looks much better now :)
Delicious steak and chips for dinner and then a visit to the Point. We had to move the car to let Richard out so thought we might as well go abit further.
Beautiful evening with a great sunset but Very cold. We had the company of a few dolphins and terns.
A full moon eventually rose at 9.30 with a sparkling Jupiter next to it :)
