Great Weather

Our weather has been unbelievably lovely. We never guessed we'd enjoy summer weather in January. When we first arrived in the Monterey Bay area just a week ago we were experiencing rain. That lasted a couple days and then we've been given wonderful clear skies and warm temperatures (warm for this time of year). So I thought I'd give the proof with the weather report. If you look carefully you can see the entire Monterey Bay from Monterey, Salinas, and then Watsonville which is just east of Santa Cruz where we are.

I am back-blipping this because yesterday Mr. Fun woke-up not feeling well, so we did not leave the house or take many pictures. When we arrived here on Sunday afternoon, my sis started getting sick a few hours later. We thought she had food poisoning, and she didn't feel well for about two days. Then on the evening of the 29th before I had a chance to blip, the bug had me too. We're now thinking that a touch of flu is the verdict. It's okay. We've still had a lovely week here in Santa Cruz.
