Fitness Barre Launch Party

We are launching a new set of barre (ballet with attitude) blocks this week, hence the balloons in the spin class closet. This white board & tags are used for the broken stationary bikes so the maintence knows what to fix on what bike, when they come in on sundays. I taught spin class & saw them last night - i snapped this photo as i was picking up the balloons for our friday launch. There were barre launch parties at the tuesday & thursday barre classes and these balloons will again be pulled out for the next barre class on Sunday. Good day at the gym, class went well (& we enjoyed cupcakes & juice as a reward), then off to the pool for 45 minutes of lengths. I finished my newest book then attended the social pub night for the local cycling club i belong to. It was at a beautiful old pub i had not been to before and was very well attended.
