I started coming down to the running track every morning to try to combat the huge quantities of fatty meat that seem to be a feature of every meal here.

The stands were always empty in the mornings apart from this dog, who was well-trained enough to never try run away, or chase any of the people running past.

Today we moved on to another province, Guangxi so today mainly involved a lot of time on a train.
