Splash!

I had a quick trip to the beach before work to capture the waves, and spent a good half hour down there, I love it early in the morning when there's hardly anyone around.  There was lots of rubbish that had been washed up on the beach so I collected numerous items and took them and put them in the bin.  So that was my good deed for the day and I shall continue to do this whenever I'm at the beach - there are regular beach clean days locally which I intend to join in with when I can

I met Barbs at lunch time for a quick drink and a catch up and when I got home I had a soak in the hot tub.  We've managed to balance the water problem by topping up the chlorine, and I've bought numerous other chemicals to level things as and when's needed.

One sad thing that's happened today is that I've lost the diamond out of my engagement ring, I'm sure it was ok this morning, but when I looked tonight, it's obviously come loose and dropped out.  We're going to contact our insurance tomorrow to see if it will be covered for repair as I doubt I'm going to find it, it could be anywhere.

Alan's gone to his shooting club and I'm watching catch up on the TV and when I've finished my Blip, I'm going to research places to stay next weekend as Alan fancies a couple of days away and the doggy sitter is free to have the boys.  I'm also going to research somewhere to go next Friday with HeartFreek - my challenge is to find somewhere with Bluebells and animals!
