Melt water

The late snow on Canigou is melting fast and the river is roaring.  By summer it will become a gurgling stream.  I took two shutters down this morning to revarnish them.  It is a tedious job as each window takes a couple of days and I still have four to go.  I also sorted out a lot of paperwork  so it has been a productive day.
