Meet the family!!

We drove up to Lytham St Annes today to meet up with Amber's family. Granny, her daughters (one of whom is Amber's mum) and many of their offspring (including a brother and sister of Amber), plus a few hangers on. There were about 30 Short haired German Pointers in the group. The meeting was arranged by the breeder.

It was not the best of weather and this is rather dull. Liver coloured dogs don't show up well in pictures at the best of times. It was cold, windy and fortunately dry when we were there. By the time this picture was taken I could barely feel my fingers!!

Amber had great fun running around with all of these dogs. R, Lottie and Pippa joined us on the trip. The girls were not so sure about all the hustle and bustle, and found it very cold.

A real challenge to take photos, but I managed to get one of Amber in focus (in extras)
