Unhatched

I found some little eggs on the ground today under an oak tree. They were intact except for one which still had a little embryonic chick inside.
Robin eggs I think. Last night’s windy weather and thunderstorm must have blown them out of the nest. Sad.

We went to an excellent Curry and Bhangra dancing evening yesterday in aid of a charity helping street children in Calcutta/ Kolkata, called Future Hope . A fun evening and a worthwhile cause.
