Happy Birthday Mr Shakespeare

The Bard's birthday celebrations in Stratford today, all sorts of bonkers things going on but this sums up the party atmosphere. 
The announcer had just told the crowd that a team of volunteers had picked up lots of litter and well done them , splendid effort , etc etc, then this happened.
