World Tour of Scotland - 3 John O'Groats

During our holiday in Cornwall to see the total eclipse in 1999 we visited Land's End Today it was only right that, having come so far north, we went to John O'Groats. We did the usual shots by the signpost and then went to look along the coast at the bird colonies. 

The puffins weren't in evidence but I did enjoy the close views of the fulmars. I haven't blipped them before so here they are!

A cold, windy day, but I'm glad to say the foot is fully recovered!
