Scary Pumpkins

We had a great day today with Miss K and her two lovely Little Misses.
Miss E has always adored Miss M who's a year older than her and such a lovely girl, and Miss L and Miss A are like peas in a pod, just a couple of months apart.
We trashed the kitchen made shortbread which was yummy and then the girls drew faces on the pumpkins which Miss K carved spectacularly well. They looked so spooky!
All the children thought it was hilarious to chase each other round holding them in front of their faces screeching "I'm a scary pumpkin!!!"
They spent the rest of their time playing teacher, mummies and daddies, doing magic tricks, putting on bizarre plays and, in Miss L's case, running around naked. All good fun!
Miss K and I drank hundreds of cups of tea, ate shortbread and chatted.
There are definitely worse ways to spend a day!!
