Autumn Leaves

I still can't resist the fallen leaves! I love the beautiful colours in the sunlight.
Soon they'll all be slimy mush so I'm enjoying them while I can.
A very tired household tonight - we had Miss E's first school party. If I'm honest I'd been dreading it - a hall full of children and parents that we don't know - but it was lovely. It was so nice to meet the friends Miss E talks about, the magician was cheesy but hilarious and the chocolate fountain was a hit!
I was looking at the room full of three and four year olds and had a flash-forward to them all as teenagers and thinking how different the parties will be....
